Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your darts or accessories must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging.


Items Exempt from Returns

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised darts

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Used or damaged dartboards

  • Any item not in its original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few working days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider before reaching out to us at admin@throwdarts.co.uk


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please email us at admin@throwdarts.co.uk.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: 11 The Broadway, Haywards Heath, RH16 3AQ.
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
