… looking to host a relaxed and engaging work social for their employees and local associates. HPS’ goal was simple: to create a memorable evening that encouraged connection and team bonding outside of the usual work setting but with a fresh twist.

HPS required a bracket-style tournament that would allow for a little healthy competition among a mix of playing abilities. The format needed to be inclusive, easy to manage and above all, fun.

Our solution

We worked closely with HPS to design an event tailored to their needs. From the start, communication was clear and collaborative. We suggested a pairs-style bracket tournament across our four auto-scoring lanes, keeping the format slightly competitive but light-hearted. This allowed everyone, from first-timers to more experienced players, to get involved without pressure.

Our fully serviced bar ensured drinks were flowing and our team handled setup, tournament facilitation and ongoing support to keep the event running smoothly. Every detail was taken care of, so HPS could focus on enjoying the evening.

The results

Over a dozen attendees took part, making the most of the space, the format and the atmosphere. The combination of friendly rivalry, relaxed drinks and an activity that was new to many of the group fostered deeper connections and stronger relationships among the team.
