MINCKA Coffee, Haywards Heath, approached Throw Darts…

… is looking for a fun, relaxed way to mark the departure of a team member. The brief was simple: a light-hearted social that gave everyone the chance to celebrate together, try something new and enjoy an evening outside the usual work setting.

As many of the group had never picked up darts before, the format needed to be accessible, engaging and inclusive – something that made complete novices feel comfortable while still keeping a sense of excitement and competition.

Our solution

We worked with MINCKA to create a private event on our top floor, with the entire space reserved exclusively for their group. With our four auto-scoring lanes, we suggested a mix of pre-set games to keep things flowing and varied, supported by our virtual assistance system to make sure even first-timers could jump straight in and enjoy themselves.

With a private bar and music curated to suit the group, the evening felt completely personal to MINCKA. Chris and Ed handled everything from setup to game support, ensuring the team could simply celebrate and enjoy themselves. As MINCKA put it:
